On 26th August 2022,ABWA Medical College, Faisalabad had a privilege to have the guest lecture from Dr.Abid Aziz, Consultant pulmonologist from Bradford Hospital,NHS,UK.All Medical students of 1st,2nd and 4th year attended the lecture as arranged by Department of Medical Education.The lecture was also attended by faculty of Department of Pathology including HOD,Dr.Ambreen Farrukh and Dr.Munazza.
Dr Abid Aziz talked about his journey as Medical student and need for continuous hard work required to excel in life. He further elaborated the UK system of training and explained the differences between the medical education systems of UK and Pakistan.Questions were invited in the end.
The session was very interactive and aimed to act as a role modelling session for the students.
